Fee Payment Instructions
In order to complete your registration you must pay the conference fees. Payment can be made by credit card through PayPal. Please follow the below steps when paying your conference fee.
If you do not wish to use PayPal, the Section can also accept payment by electronic bank transfer. Please contact our Treasurer, Dr Maria Plotnikova at [email protected], who will forward bank details.
If paying by card using PayPal please follow the steps below.
1) Select the conference fee which applies to you from the drop down list below. Click on Add to Cart, which will bring you to the Paypal website.
2) Ensure that you add the attendee's name when paying. The attendee's name should match the name provided in the previous registration page.
3) Once you select your fee type and enter the attendee's name you can select add to cart. A new window will open where you will be directed to PayPal to complete the payment.
4) If you wish to add more than one type of delegate (e.g adding an accompanying person) please complete the above steps first but before paying on PayPal return to this window and select accompanying person from the below fee categories and add this to your cart. You can add numerous items to your cart in advance of paying the fees.
Important dates regarding cancellation:
Cancellations received before April 17 will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations between April 18 and May 1 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations from May 2 (11 days before the conference) are not be refundable.
