All major credit cards are accepted, as is payment via Paypal. You do not require a Paypal account to process the payment. Please ensure the correct payment option is selected from the drop down list, as these differ for full members and student members.
Please note that registration must be completed by the 1st of June for inclusion in the programme.
This year's conference fees are as follows:
Standard member early bird - £280 (available until March 31st)
Standard member - £320
PhD student - £130
Early career researcher (3 years post PhD) - £200
Retired / emeritus member - £130
Accompanying person (social activities and dinner) - £50
Important dates regarding cancellation:
Cancellations received before April 17 will receive a full refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations between April 18 and May 1 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fee.
Cancellations from May 2 (11 days before the conference) are not be refundable.
